A few reminders about tonight:

• The pool is currently closed but will reopen for our set-up to begin at 4 PM. All swimmers need to be there by 5 PM. 
• Please bring concession items to the concessions area when you arrive. 
• Volunteers - the sign-in sheet (MINUS THE CONCESSION AND AFTER MEET TREAT SIGN-IN - THOSE WILL BE LOCATED AT CONCESSIONS) will be on a blue clipboard at the same spot your child will sign in - Please sign in as soon as you arrive. Thank you!
• Please make sure your swimmer is dressed warmly. Bring extra towels, blankets, socks, sweatshirts, sweatpants...It will definitely be chilly tonight! 
• Make sure your swimmer uses the bathroom before they swim. Also, they should not be running around or playing at the playground. Be sure to listen and know when to have your swimmer ready to head to the staging area. 
• We will open the concession stand food needs for Thursday tonight after the meet once we know what will be needed. 
• Please remember to clean up your area before leaving. Don't forget your crock-pots! If you are able to stay to help clean up, it will make it go faster for everyone! 
• If you have any questions about tonight, please do not hesitate to ask another parent.
