The banquet committee would like to share some information with those attending. 

Entry into Court Yard Check In: Between 4:45 and 5:15 PM - prior paid reservations required - be sure to check the lost and found and your swimmer mailbox

Seating: Facing the fountain

Left side tables - General seating, first come first serve

Middle tables - SWIMMERS ONLY

Right side tables - Reserved only, tables will be marked as such. Seats are not assigned. Families confirmed at check in

All seated by 5:15 PM for Welcome. Buffet service starts at 5:30 - going up by tables as directed by staff starting with VIP and U8 families and then swimmers.

Self Serve Coffee and Tea station 5:30 - 9:00 PM; Water station after meal until 9:30 PM

Purchased Beverages: The Eden is setting up the Presidential Ballroom to accommodate Skyline-only guests. It will open at 4:45 PM

Banquet Etiquette and Safety: Skyline Swim Team and families are only permitted in the Courtyard and Lobby areas of the Eden Resort. Parents / Guardians need to know children's whereabouts at all times. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult to use restrooms.

During the buffet meal portion of the evening, swimmers (over the age of 8) sit at swimmer-only tables in the center of the courtyard. These tables are removed to allow for music and dancing for everyone at the conclusion of Recognition and Awards.

Please remind your swimmers to bring awards to parents before the tables are removed.
