Since I will be leaving for vacation tomorrow - I am sending this email now so you have information to refer back to throughout the week if needed. 

2021 LCSSL CHAMPIONSHIP MEET 

FRIDAY,JULY 30, 2021 (relays) SATURDAY, JULY 21, 2021 (individuals)

LOCATION: Ephrata Community Pool, 418 Vine St., Ephrata  Entrance to the pool will be through the gate located on South Oak Street. Swimmers will be sitting outside and need to plan accordingly. 

PARKING: Parking is available at the Ephrata High School Parking lot, located at 803 Oak Boulevard, Ephrata, PA 17522. You may drop off your swimmer at the pool gate on South Oak Street, then proceed west on South Oak Street to the parking entrance on Oak Boulevard, just past the tennis courts and opposite Ridgeway Avenue.

ADMISSION: The cost of admission is $4.00 per spectator. Heat sheets will be available for $4.00 each and will have both the morning and afternoon sessions. Children under 12, accompanied by an adult admitted free.

AWARDS: The top twelve places in each event will earn awards for the swimmer. All awards will be in accordance with league rules: 

• Individual Events: Trophies 1st-4th, Medals 5th-8th, Ribbons 9th-12th 

• Relay Events: Medals 1st-4th, Ribbons 5th-12th

CONCESSIONS: A snack bar will be available for all of your refreshment needs. We will also have a coffee bar and an ice cream stand available.

T-SHIRTS: T-shirts will be available for purchase on July 31 from a made-to-order t- shirt vendor. We will accept orders for t-shirts on July 30 that will be made on July 31 and can be picked up by a team representative if the swimmer is not participating in individual events.

STARTING TIMES:  Friday Session:  Warmups: 5:00PM (specific arrival time will come later this week)     Meet begins at 6:30PM 

Saturday Session: Warm-ups at 7:30AM (specific arrival time will come later this week) Meet begins at 9:00AM
