Tuesday Night Needs - Volunteers and Concessions

Thank to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer or donate concession stand items. We still have A LOT of needed items and open positions. I will list the volunteers below, but the concession donations are too numerous so please go on the app or to the website to check it out and sign up!

Volunteers

• Colorado Timing System (training needed - can even happen Tuesday night) - 2nd half
• Computer Operator (training needed - can even happen Tuesday night) - 1st half
• Concession Stand - 3 people from 4-5, 3 people from 7-8, 4 people from 8-9:30
• Finish Judge - 1 person second half
• Set up - 7 people 
• Tear down - 7 people
• Staging - 1 person in each half
• Stroke and Turn (must have attended or watched Zoom) - 1 person each half

Apparel 

Team suits will be available for pick up during practice tomorrow. Caps are not in yet. 

A medium adult team t-shirt was left at the pool this week. It is currently on top of the filing cabinet. This is a good time to suggest labeling your child's shirt on the tag (even if you just put initials).

Guppy Gulch 

Sorry for the delay in getting that up and running. I am currently having technical difficulties with the SwimTopia website and hope to have it ready to go by this weekend.

Volunteering for Skyline Cup (minus concession donations) will open later tonight. Volunteering for all remaining meets (home and away) are now open as well.

PS - Thank you to Jeanine Bonner, Brian Speizer, Kim Bajlovic (and even her dad!) for helping with set-up and/or tear-down of the timing system and touch pads today. It was good to make sure everything was working and for the new swimmers to learn how they work. A huge shout-out to former Skyline parents Willie Alberty and Samantha Besnoff for doing this today. Both are volunteering their services on Tuesday night so be sure to thank them!
