Due to the weather forecast, a decision was made today to move Photo Day. Please note the new details below: 

• Individual photos will now take place on Thursday, June 29 during regular practices 
• Team photos will now take place on July 11 at 4 PM before the Ephrata Meet at home. 
• If your swimmer cannot be there next week for individual photos, the photographer can take them after the group shots on July 11. 

As for the meet:

• The intention is to swim the meet. It is very hard to make up the meet since this team is in a different division than ours. 
• Both teams will be limiting events that swimmers might be swimming. Lineups are still being worked on tonight. 
• We will let you know as soon as we can what events your child is swimming if they are signed up to swim tomorrow night. 
• PLEASE COME PREPARED FOR THE WEATHER. UMBRELLAS, RAINCOATS, SWEATSHIRTS, SWEATPANTS, BLANKETS, MULTIPLE TOWELS, ETC. SOME PEOPLE BRING TRASH BAGS TO PUT EVERYTHING IN (INCLUDING SWIM BAGS) - REMEMBER THE GRASS AND CHAIRS WILL BE WET FROM THE RAIN THAT IS FORECASTED ALL DAY
