It's Cup Day so of course that's going to mean another email from me! 

1. I'm attaching the heat sheet for tonight.

2. Please remember that 2 other teams will be sitting on the far side of the pool with us. Skyline will be located closest to the sheds and near the staging area. Overlook will be in the middle area and near the playground. CV will be in front of the playground and Bent Creek will be on the concession stand side of the pool. 

3. There is a possibility of stormy weather right during setup time but good for the rest of the night. However, this might mean we need to have extra hands to help with setup. We have admmissions tables to set up, raffle basket tables to set up, cover with tablecloths, raffle baskets and ticket cups to put on the tables, candygram tables to set up, candygrams and buckets to get out, concession stand tables to be set up, food to get ready, pool prep, scoring table prep, staging chairs to be set up, signs to be hung, speakers and cables to be put out...the list goes on and on so we could use even more help if you can make it anytime from 4-6 and especially if things happen to get delayed with weather. Just ask someone in a teal blue shirt how you can help!
