Wow! What a night! What a great meet against our friends at Overlook. Thank you everyone for another wonderful Home Meet Season. All the volunteering, food donating/making, driving, etc. are worth it when you see the joy on our kids' faces, hear the cheers, and watch their dances. 

There were 181 best times last night which is amazing this late in the season! Well done Skyline Swimmers! The results are attached. 

Divisionals - Saturday, July 22

• PLEASE check to see if your swimmer is entered. The meet is all 1 session this year so we think the meet will end around 3:00 and relays will be at the end of the meet. We have not paid for the entries yet so if your swimmer is listed and can no longer go to the meet, please contact Coach Barb by 5 PM and have your swimmer taken out of the meet. If your swimmer isn't listed and wants to be added, contact Coach Barb by Wednesday 5PM strokes he/she wants to swim. If your swimmer wants to change events, contact Coach Barb by 5 PM on Wednesday.
• We still need one timer for the second half of the meet. Remember you get free admission. First person to log in to Swimtopia will be listed on the timer's sheet. Timer's meeting will be at 8:30. Skyline is timing lanes 2, 4, 6 with Woodridge. 
• The cost of admission is $5.00 per spectator. Children under 12 admitted free.
• A snack bar, coffee bar, and Kona Ice will be available.
• An event parking map is attached. Please note that the bridge on Oak St is under construction so utilize street parking or the grass lot (#3 on map 1). 
• Warmups are from 8:00-8:15 so arrive by 7:45. If your swimmer is not swimming free or back and wants to come later, please let Coach Barb know.  The meet starts at 9. 

Banquet - Sunday, July 23

• The doors open at 5PM on Sunday with everyone seated by 5:30
• If you are not attending the banquet but would like to come to the awards portion and dancing afterward you can arrive after 6:00. Please email me to let us know if you might do this so we know who to expect.
• For safety purposes, Skyline Swim Team and families are only permitted in the courtyard and lobby areas of the Eden Resort. Parents/guardians need to know the whereabouts of children at all times. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult to use the restrooms. Please help us this year to monitor your swimmers. 

Save-a-Life Swim Program

All donations and pledge forms are due in the Piper mailbox by Friday. 

All League Championships - Manheim - Friday, July 28 and Saturday, July 29

• League Championship Relays are held Friday evening, July 28 and DO NOT have qualifying times. We hope to take at least 1 and maybe 2 relays for each group to the League meet. There is both a Free Relay and a Medley Relay.So, if your swimmer(s) are available to swim Friday night for relays and want to be part of this final meet, please mark your swimmer as available for the relay session on Swimtopia. Coach Barb will choose from the available swimmers the two best relays (If we have at least 8 swimmers available) to enter the meet's relay portion. Any questions, please contact Coach Barb.
• Saturday, July 29 - This meet is open to all swimmers who have qualified based on the times posted by the league. Swimmers can still qualify for Leagues this Tuesday night and at Divisionals on Saturday. 
• We need 1 timer for Friday night and 2 for Saturday. 

Practices - July 24-28 

For those who will be swimming in the relays and individual events for All League Championships, practices next week run on a modified schedule: 11 and over at 9 AM 10 and under at 10:00 AM. Alternates are encouraged to come to practice. 

Friday, July 28 - practice that day will be optional for everyone. Coaches will be at the pool from 9-10 for anyone who wants to come to work on specific strokes. 

Swim Night at the Lancaster Barnstormers 

The Lancaster Barnstormers are hosting a Swim Night on Wednesday, August 2. Swimmers get in free and additional tickets cost $10. Join your swim team on the field before the game for a special parade. Take the field with the Barnstormers players for the National Anthem. Please see the attached flyer for more information and to order your tickets.
