Midweek Email
Good evening, Skyline families!
Tomorrow night we travel to Conestoga Valley (Leola Community Pool) to take on the Aquabucks. We will send out the lineup sometime tomorrow afternoon. Here is some reminders:
Arrival: 5:15 PM
Theme: Dress Like a Coach/Twin Night
Volunteer Needs:
- Stroke and Turn Judge - 1 second half
- Finish Judge - 1 second half
THE LEOLA POOL DOES NOT HAVE ANY SHADE BY THE COMPETITION POOL. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR OWN TENTS, ETC.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FAMILY TO BRING ONE OF THE SKYLINE TENTS TO THE MEET. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DO THAT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
PHOTO DAY - TUESDAY, JUNE 25 (NEW)
The order form was put in the mailboxes this week. There is 1 form for each swimmer. The photographer requires 1 form for each photo he takes. So, if you have 3 children - you will need 3 forms. You can just write one check though for the total (just write the check number on all 3 forms.) He also accepts credit cards. If you would like a photo of all your children together, you will need to complete another form. If you know that you will not be having your child's photo taken, please put the blank order form in the first folder in front of the coach's folder in the top drawer. If you need another form, you can take one from this folder. Paul will also have extra forms available that day as well.
Individual photos take place during morning practices. Please arrive prior to your swim time practice (about 15 min or so) to get your pictures taken and not miss practice. He is able to do a make-up day for individual photos for anyone not able to be there
Team Photos will also be on Tuesday, June 25 beginning at 4 PM prior to our first home swim meet. Please arrive by 4 PM. We will start with the 8 and unders and then continue with the remaining age groups.
SKYLINE CUP RAFFLE BASKETS (REMINDER)
An email was sent to each age group this week for the sign-up genius links for raffle basket donations. I did neglect to tell everyone that if you want to make a monetary donation for us to buy baskets or needed items you can either give it to me, put in Piper mailbox in an envelope labeled age group, or Venmo me at @Linda-Piper-10. There will be a bin out at practices next week for you to drop off your items. They are due by Friday, June 28. Here are the links once again:
